SHIPPING POLICY

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are shipped within 2 business days from the Netherlands. Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be displayed during checkout. Delivery times generally range from 1 to 10 business days, with orders within the Netherlands typically arriving within 1 to 2 business days. The New Parlour is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs procedures. We do not ship on Dutch national holidays.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For orders shipped within the EU, there are no customs duties; however, all prices include VAT at the applicable rate, currently 21% based on the Netherlands' standard VAT rate. This VAT is included in the purchase price at checkout.  

For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may be applicable, and these will be the customer's responsibility. If you are unsure about any additional charges, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information. Please be aware that your order will not be eligible for a refund if you refuse to pay customs duties or taxes and/or reject the parcel.

BEAUTY PRODUCTS - EU SHIPMENT

We offer shipping within the European Union for all Beauty products, including Skincare, Sun Care, Gifts, Fragrance, Makeup, Wellness, and Skincare Sets and Facial Tools.

OBSESSIONS COLLECTION - WORLDWIDE SHIPMENT

We offer worldwide shipping on items from the OBSESSIONS collection, including jewelry, design objects, and accessories.

ORDER TRACKING

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to follow your parcel's journey until it reaches you.

DAMAGED, LOST, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

If your order is damaged, lost, or delayed, please contact us at info@thenewparlour.com. The New Parlour is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs procedures or for lost or stolen items after the parcel has been delivered.

INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Please verify your shipping address at checkout to avoid any issues. Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for items shipped to incorrect addresses provided during the order process. If you notice an error in your address, please get in touch with us as soon as possible at info@thenewparlour.com. Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the delivery address. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes—please provide a valid street address.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

Certain products, such as nail polish and fragrances, are classified as hazardous materials by our shipping partners and cannot be shipped to some destinations.

RETURN POLICY

ELIGIBILITY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept returns on unused, unopened, and undamaged items within 14 days of the delivery date.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygienic reasons, we are unable to accept returns on the following items:

  • Opened, used, or damaged products

  • Personal care items, such as facial tools, brushes and lifting cup

  • Pierced jewelry with a tampered seal

  • Items purchased during sales or special promotions

  • Gift cards

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, contact us at info@thenewparlour.com with your order number and reason for return.

RETURN SHIPPING

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as a wrong or defective item).

REFUNDS

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If the product is in its original condition, we will process your refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please send us a photo of the issue to info@thenewparlour.com
